We know that as we speak here there are submarine concrete structures like tunnels, oilrigs, dams, holding a water column of some 300m. Especially the "civil engineers" that are involved in those construcctions are welcome to shed light on some questions that "naval engineers" have not yet thought about, or consider unproven ground.
