destructive testing submarine yacht

This ferro cement is really nice to work
with, I'm thinking of later making a big boat using ferro cement with ferro
reenforcing rings at close intervals. I would like to then test to
destruction but here in California they would make me go down and pick up
the pieces and then take to a landfill and bury everything. Other option
would be to take to a Navy pressure chamber and test but that would cost
$$$.

Brian,
This was also a problem for me in austria. So in general we have to get along with doing destructive testing on small models.

By the way i doubth that you can do a destruction test in a chamber - the implosion would destroy the chamber - you would have to fill your boat with liquid to keep air space as small as possible.
